
The reason for snoring
Having sleep apnea causes people to briefly stop breathing during sleep, the condition is accompanied by snoring and loud snort or choking sound when breathing resume.
The main reason for snoring :
1.Being over weight
When you are excess of weight which in turn make so tried when you are working. so, when you going to sleep after finishing your work your body needs some relax because of too much fat in your body .At the time of sleeping you start snoring without knowing to you. It’s not a problem only for you and also for the person who is sleeping next to you. They get disturb because of your snoring.
2.Being male
You can see Sleep apnea quite often to male then female. Because they are get more tension , stress ,worry and more work .so, when they are sleeping the brain is still remain active and they are sleep partially. The fact is person who is having problem of snoring they are get affected mentally and there brain is get stuck with some problem.
3.Being smoker
All we know smoke is injury to health ,at the same time it cause the problem sleep apnea . when we are smoking lungs gets affected. So, it’s difficult for us to breath when lungs gets damage .
Some other reason also there
Having small airway.
Having blood pressure.
Having enlarge tonsil.
Being aged 65 or older.
