Sleep Well


Sleep makes a man more fresh and maintains good body health.According to a survey 40% of people sleeping less than 6 hours a day.Less Sleep makes lack in concentration and tiredness once we woke up at morning.When we Sleep well that makes more generation of brain cell and in turn increases your memory power.Normally adult need to sleep 8 hour a day.Kids needs more sleep.Importantly we need to sleep at night.Because only at night brain cells are regenerated.Usually many peoples are working in night shift for money by it cause more damage to your brain and also you get tried physically and mentally.We are earning money only for us.so,Try to sleep at night and keep your brain fresh always.
